About The StudioSection 02/09
Who We Are

We shoot it
and grade it.
You make it
perform.

We're a creative studio running full social + paid campaigns for a roster of brands — hospitality, sports, local retail, and more. We handle strategy, capture, and creative direction in-house. We shoot the content and color-grade it. Your job starts where ours ends: turning finished raw assets into polished social content that performs.

We're not looking for a button-pusher. We want a creative partner who gets brand voice, watches what's trending, and can make an edit feel like the brand it's for.

The Work You'd Be Shaping

Real content.
Real brands.

Each month we hand you a batch of captured, color-corrected photos and video per brand. You turn them into ready-to-post work — and keep every brand looking like itself. A sample of what's in the pipeline:

Scope Of WorkSection 04/09
What You'll Do

From raw batch
to ready-to-post.

01 / STATIC + CAROUSEL

Posts & Carousels

On-brand layouts, on-screen text, and hooks. Carousel-first thinking with clean swipe pacing.

02 / SHORT-FORM VIDEO

Reels & TikToks

Cuts, captions, trending audio, and pacing that hold the scroll from the first frame.

03 / REACTIVE

Memes & Trend Content

Reactive and trend-driven pieces — but only when they fit the brand. Taste over volume.

04 / ORGANIC → PAID

Ad Re-Edits

Once a post proves it's a winner organically, re-cut it for paid: tighter hook, on-screen text reworked, a clear CTA when it applies.

You work from a brand brief per client — tone, aesthetic, do's & don'ts — that we provide. You keep each brand looking like itself, not like every other account you edit.

You're A Fit If You

Taste and
communication
— in that order.

We read for both. The résumé matters less than the work and the way you talk about it.

  • Have a portfolio of short-form social work (Reels, TikToks, carousels) — and you'll link it.
  • Understand brand tone of voice and aesthetics, and can adapt across multiple brands at once.
  • Stay current on social trends — audio, formats, hooks — without being told.
  • Have a working grasp of copywriting for social — hooks, captions, and CTAs, not just visuals.
  • Are reliable with deadlines and easy to give feedback to.
  • Communicate clearly in written English.

Tools

Photoshop is a must.

Photoshop REQUIRED CapCutPremiere ProAfter Effects CanvaFigma

Photoshop is non-negotiable for this role. Beyond that, be comfortable in any of the rest — tell us your stack. We deliver color-corrected assets, so heavy grading isn't required, but a good eye helps.

Bonus PointsSection 07/09
Nice To Have

Bonus points.

  • +Experience editing for paid social / Meta ads specifically.
  • +Familiarity with carousel-first content and swipe pacing.
  • +A sense for when NOT to jump on a trend for a given brand.

Engagement

A long-term
relationship —
not a one-off.

Ongoing, monthly, per-brand batches. This is a long-term relationship for the right person. We start with a paid test project — one small batch for one brand — so we both know it's a fit before committing to the monthly volume.

How To ApplySection 09/09
How To Apply

Think this is you?
Here's the whole ask.

We keep it simple. Three quick things and we'll know if we're a match — we read for taste and communication, not the longest application. No generic templates needed.

1

Show us 1–2 pieces of short-form or carousel work you actually edited (not just watched), and tell us whose brand voice you were matching.

2

Start your first line with the phrase grade-to-post — that's our little handshake, so we know you read this far. Nice to meet you already.

3

In 2–3 sentences: how do you get up to speed on a brand's voice when you're handed a new account?
